Laura earned a BBA in finance from Baylor University and honed her extensive business acumen in consulting roles and executive training prior to real estate. Laura and Matt have been members of The Woodlands Methodist Church for more than 25 years, both serve on The Montgomery County Habitat for Humanity Board and enjoy traveling, hiking, fishing, going to Baylor games, and spending time with family.

Joy is a native Texan with over 20 years of experience in budgeting, planning, financial analysis and reporting. She has a degree in business from Durham College of San Antonio. Prior to joining Laura Powers Property Group, she worked for both national and local home builders.

Dana moved to Texas in 2017 after 20 years as a military spouse. She has lived in numerous states throughout the United States and overseas. She brings with her years of administrative, service, and leadership experience. She is an expert in schedule management, project support, and customer relations. She is a former math educator with a Graduate Degree in Educational Leadership.

Rebecca brings more than 25 years of real estate industry experience to her role as Transaction Coordinator, working closely with Laura behind the scenes to ensure every transaction moves seamlessly from contract to close. A licensed REALTOR® since 2016, her expertise in contract timelines, compliance, and transaction management allows her to assist Laura to navigate complex details and keep every step on track.
