Inventory is slightly up from last month, however we are hovering around 200 homes on the market.  Rates have also ticked down 4 weeks in a row which is great for buyers using financing.  BUYERS: Low inventory makes it difficult to be choosy if you are on a timeline.  Be patient, more inventory will come on the market as we move into spring.
